"Although our Cycle Gear store seems to change employees quite often, somehow they keep the place going. I don’t know how much training they receive, but they at least are helpful and very nice. Maybe the company needs to search to find personal who want a permanent job and a career with them. It would be nice have someone who recognizes you, builds a relationship with you and is very knowledgeable about products you sell, the new products you offer and maybe even uses them for personal knowledge to pass on to the customer."
